About the model
Zapovit ДМ is a massage table with a wooden frame and a padded surface covered in imitation leather. A wooden shelf beneath the working surface accommodates accessories or towels. Before positioning the table, clarify the shelf load limit and whether it will remain accessible beside other furniture.
The formed.ua listing gives a length of 194 cm, width of 80 cm and adjustable height of 68–83 cm. Two-part legs allow the working height to change. Check adjustment, locking and permitted intermediate positions against the manual.
The headrest has adjustable inclination and a face opening that can be closed. The checked listing does not specify the exact tilt range. Ask to see the adjustment mechanism and confirm which component closes the opening and whether it is supplied.
When planning the room, allow for the table footprint and access from the required sides. Before ordering, agree the product weight, permissible working load, supplied set and upholstery-care products. Ask the manager to confirm actual ДМ availability at FORMED VIP.
