MELAG MELAseal 100+ seals packaging materials before subsequent instrument processing; it does not perform sterilization. The source lists about two minutes of preheating and a 10 mm seal width. Check packaging requirements against the manual, not just the material name.
Electronics monitor sealing time and temperature, with visual and audible signals for deviations. Ask to see their meanings and the prescribed response. A signal alone does not verify the quality of every finished seal.
