Fitness slider set with mat
Casada PowerSlider
Casada PowerSlider is a black fitness slider set for bodyweight exercises. The sliders are made from PU and ABS; the mat and bag material is polyester. A mat is explicitly listed as included, while the exact number of discs, handles and other components must be agreed before ordering. The stated maximum load is 150 kg, but its distribution among individual components is not explained. Photographs show the construction and examples of use, not a personalised exercise programme or a promise of pain relief.

About the model
The set has a net weight of 1.6 kg and a gross weight of 3.3 kg. Listed dimensions are 1800 × 2000 × 2 mm for the mat and 430 × 620 mm for the bag. Two slider dimensions, 198 × 76 and 198 × 40 mm, are also listed without an unambiguous assignment to specific parts; confirm that assignment rather than treating them as separate offered configurations.
Before selection, confirm the supplied components, floor-surface requirements and load-distribution rules. The 150 kg figure does not mean 150 kg is permitted on each handle or disc. A bag pictured in the gallery does not replace an agreed delivery list. No treatment benefits or personalised exercise advice are promised.
